Day # 4

We continue on the floor.
Today, I want you to go to your sewing-room (-space), and focus your eyes on "that" pile.
No ... not that one ... no ... yes
THAT pile ... on the floor !
The one that your eyes consistently passes over, and refuses to send any sort of neural message to your brain about. The one that scares you so much, that you will pretend (forever) that it isn't there ... only it is ... and it actually cause you a lot of stress and trepidation.
Which is why you will now go to "that pile" and take the 3 items that are on the top, and put them away.
Top 3 items is enough !

"That pile" is no longer an SEP-field (and for those of you not familiar with the great works of Douglas Adams, "SEP" means "Somebody Else's Problem"). It has - as of NOW - become your task to deal with in a constructive and sensible way.
Yes. Sorry, but there it is :-)

Now, if you have the energy, time and inclination, you will put on today's music (no more than 5 minutes ! remember that !!) and deal with "that pile" for as long as the song / number plays.
No longer than that !
